ABOUT MADI
Hey there! I’m Madi Haskins — founder of Full Out Strength & Cheerleading, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and lifelong cheer athlete turned coach.
I fell in love with cheerleading as a high school athlete, where I helped lead our team to a State Championship. That passion carried me into college, where I proudly cheered Division 1 at Boise State University — and it’s stuck with me ever since.
Alongside cheer, I’ve spent over a decade coaching strength and conditioning. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and 10+ years of experience leading athletes in the gym, I know what it takes to build strong, powerful, resilient cheerleaders — and I’m here to bridge the gap between the sport we love and the training it deserves.
I started Full Out S&C to give cheerleaders access to the same level of athletic development as any other sport. No fluff. Just real training that builds better athletes, reduces injuries, and sets you up to perform at your best — on the mat, in the air, or under the barbell.
My coaching philosophy is simple: how we do things matters more than what we do. I believe in teaching movement with intention, building athlete-led cultures, and creating team environments where leadership, accountability, and effort show up every rep.
