FOSC Athletes train to win.

They are dedicated to their sport, and motivated to train. They understand the value of building athletic qualities in the weight room to be even more successful on the mat.

  • Practice builds skills. S&C builds athletic qualities and a physicality for your athlete to improve jumping stunting, and tumbling safely

  • Absolutely. Lifting weights is the safest form of training because we can control every variable - tempo, load. volume, frequency, intensity & exercise selection - where at practice there are more unpredictable elements.

  • 3 to 4 weeks for strength gains to transfer into stronger body positions. 1 to 2 weeks for improved confidence and endurance.. Long term expectations include reduced risk of injury and increased performance on the mat.

  • Prices vary per program. Our open membership is $75/ month for 2 classes per week. Send us an email for team training or small group training options for your school or program.
